StripHub Record Jerk has kind of a funny name, because the first thing it made me think of was some hipster trying to hunt down rare vinyl on the internet. Picture it: some dude with a manbun sipping an IPA while browsing the web for an old Neutral Milk Hotel record, but instead of finding a music shop, he stumbles upon thousands of naked women shaking their boobies at the camera. I’d probably forget all about trying to spend money and just spend the afternoon filling an old gym sock with sperm. I’ve got Spotify, anyway.

The title here ain’t implying a music store for assholes; it’s telling you what they do, and what you’ll probably end up doing. RecordJerk.cam is a free webcam archive recording samples of shows so you don’t have to miss out while you’re working, sleeping, or having boring sex with your boring wife. The domain hasn’t even been around very long, but seeing as they’re already pulling hundreds of thousands of visitors a month, I’m guessing they’ve got an enticing collection of samples. Of course, I’m not going to give any platform my seal of approval without first giving it the ol’ test fap, so let’s see how RecordJerk compares to the other guys.

RecordJerk will look immediately familiar to anybody who masturbates regularly on the internet. They’ve got the same wall-of-thumbnails format you expect from any free tube, with a color scheme that mimics the ubiquitous Pornhub style. If you couldn’t read, it’d be the little preview pics themselves that give away the gimmick here. This ain’t your typical grab bag of paysite samples and short iPhone blowjobs you find on the typical tubes.

For once, it looked like a webcam samples archiver finally grabbed up the tags from the original webcam site. These sites tend to be difficult to search because they skip the tagging, and it looked like Record Jerk finally solved the problem.

Unfortunately, my excitement was premature. Turns out, you can’t click any of those tags, nor can you even type them into the search bar. As with other webcam tubes, the search function here only digs through the usernames. The tag lists beneath the videos suggest they’re putting the infrastructure in place, though. RecordJerk.cam would really set themselves apart from the other platforms if they can make those tags searchable.
